hey homie, i got a 9 cadd brougham with the buik 350. i had the cat taken off an put a flowmaster on it. my ? is when i go on long trips the car has a problem starting over an has run on somtmes . do i have to change the pluges ? and check the cooling system?
If you are still experiencing a lazy throttle response on your cadillac,take the cap&rotor off the HEI and make sure your mechanical advance is not siezed.Quite often the inner shaft will rust till it's frozen in place killing your mechanical advance and your throttle response with it.A recurve kit will also be helpful on a stok distributor
I hope that helps you, kinda hard to explain. Since your painting the wh*** car the inverted way makes a nicer job (painting the stripe color first). your stripes will look like your masking when you ge it masked off. Your basicly covering what you dont want painted. I'm sure you'll do just fine. Post some pics when you finish, like to see it.
that is a sweet ride guy. I always wanted to build one but I never have. I had a 81 cutless that I only made it as far as putting 80 spoke luxers on but I didn't have the guidance to help me with putting switches on it, so I just stuck to air shocks. Sweet though. Nice work.
HI engine grooup Im new to site.I have a 2007 sierra cwcb. i've install a intake,exhaust & headers. what else can i do too gain hp. I can install under drive pulleys, would my next addition be supercharger. I ask for feed back.

Ya, I had a chance to get a brand new IROC, but i didnt want it. I made a promise to fix this up, and turn it into somthing amazing, and Im gonna keep that promise. And thanks for the props! I'm changing so much anyway, that those spots are too much anyway. Its basically going to be a race car that has street manners, and safety. Nice ride by the way man :D
nice. i got two 305s and a 350 sitting around my shop lol. i need to start working on them sometime. i wanna stroke one of the 305s up to 335 and put some vortec heads on it with a 625 cfm demon jr. carb on top. along with a healthy cam. i want to try to clearance the mains and rods too. maybe .020/.020 but not sure yet.
i'll probably still be around here, i know these things dont spring up overnight lol, i got a few things i would like to try and build up as well. Oh if u put a bigger cam in your engine u might need to upgrade the valve springs in your heads. i had a friend that found that out the hard way.
