well if your from canada do you know if a can put fog light on my truck to bring my lights to the hight limmit?? or do i have to bring my main lights down.
hey man you said you havent done your front d shaft well i was talking to a friend of mine he said to try a 203/205 split case that will push t case back like 13" more then you want have an angle problem with the front, but the only thing is the kit for the 203/205 is like 700$ cda so i dont know what it be for you. just and idea if you dont have the front done yet.
The good thing about ky is there is no lift law. as long as the tires are dot. rated. i can lift it till the top of the truck reaches around 13 feet. that way it will clear the stop lights and bridges. thats what i am going for.
that would be sweet with 54's. if you dont have any yet. there is a ton of them on ebay. and the funny part is that you can get all four of them for less than the price of one 49" irok. thats why i am going bigger on the tires to. all for 52" on ebay is about $500. one 49" irok is $850 when i got them. cann't wait to see it.
as of right now it has a 350 bored 30 over. Lunati cam kit. 750 cfm edelbrock carb. mid rise edelbrock intake. Hooker headers going into a set of 5" bull hauler stacks. Had to add the stacks to keep the exaust out of the water. I have a 502 sitting in the garage waiting to be put in and a set of 2.5 ton rock well axles.
what are you guys doing about your front drive shafts i keep breaking mine my angle is to high i have a 13 " lift in a 79 chevy 3/4 with a 4 speed M and 205 tcase
I went and found a engine builder to build me a 383 stroker for my 83 chevy and He will build this motor for $3,200.00. Is this a pretty good price? He told me that this motor will be 350 to 400hp and somewhere close to if not dead on 500 ftlbs of torque. don't hold me to the power number.

I can give you some ideas on how to install your front drive shaft with out changing your t-case its very easy & it will give you more angle
