big tires

hey guys i have a set of 15x38.5r15 radials and i can only balance them with like 20oz of wieghts on the rim is there any other way to balance them? and i dont know if this helps but its a 1970 chevy with dana 44's and everything in the front is tight and the tires are on 15x10 rims.

i had my tires balanced in  ohio at hovis tire  and they used some tybe of beads that theyput inside the tire before mounting them. It works great and when i get mud on the tires it rebalances them  330 637 2573  you can call them and ask what they use and maybe get your local tire company to use what they used
