I'm having a similar problem on my 2000 Wrangler Sahara. I've put in a new water pump, fan clutch, all new hoses & belt, flushed the heater core, thermostat, and the radiator is only 3 years old and I'm still losing coolant (not in the exhaust or oil) and we can't figure out where from. It also passed a pressure test and the garage mechanic couldn't find the leak either. Now it overheats sporadically but only in stop & go traffic.

AUSTIN. i had the same problem i blew mine in a 88 it was 4.0l change the motor its cheaper good luck . you friend pat .
