Which way do I go?

So now that I have my project I have come to a cross roads. My 1970 cougar came with a 351 cleveland 4v ( M-Code ). That motor was replaced with a 302 from a 1968 cougar xr-7. I have parts to rebuild the 302 motor and horsepower had a episode were they reached 400hp with a 302 engine but I have came across a 351 cleveland out of a 1970 mustang. Any recommendation? prerunner fenders for 1980's style fullsize chevy, were can i get them????????????

okay, i have a 1987 chevy 4x4, i need prerunner finders for tire clearence, can anyone help me out on where to find them???

factory 4x4s

you see so many trucks with off road capability painted on them however after seeing your show i think the public realy dont know what true four wheel off road is. that is to say that all they have to go on is what the manufacture says. so my question is, is there any real off road capacity in any of the standard off the show room floor trucks and or jeeps?

my idiot car

i have a 63 plymouth valiant signet 200 that is the only car i own, and have been driving it every day that it ran for the last six years. recently i changed the front shocks and put coil cross overs in the rear. a little while later the car started shaking like a m.f., when ever the weight is more than me, when i accelerate from stop to about 25/30 mph. i thought it might be the u joint, but it seems fine. the drive shaft seems to be also. i would love any input. thanks. nikki

F150 Seat Foam

I have seen that there are aftermarket suppliers for Chevy and Dodge oem type parts (Year One, Etc) but who does the same thing for ford? I am trying to locate front seat foam for my 1995 f150 buckets and have been having not luck at all. All assistance appreciated. Dale

paint and body tips please

I just picked up a new rust free box and front clip for my 90 silverado and would like a few tips on dent popping and what kind of paint materials work together and do not work together ex. hardeners, primers, thinners and such. I intend to paint the truck flat black unless i can find a glossy color that wont make dents stick out because the box has dents that cant be reached to pop out from the back side and there are plenty of them (i only paid $10 for the box and $200 for the front clip… Continue

67 F100 ranger HELP...

a while back i bought a very good conditioned 67F100 ranger. the guy i bought it from said it had a valve cover leak and that its prob the gasket. not a big deal. the prob is he said it has a 390 big block in it im not sure if it is or isnt. i havent been able to find the vin for the block and the vin for the truck isnt helping. i also know that back in those days u could order any motor for anything u wanted so that throws a twist in things. i am lookin to buy new gaskets for it before an…

1970 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler

In 1975, I took my driver's license test in my stepfather's 1970 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler. I drove it to high school for several years. It was dangerous!!! It had the 429 super cobra jet engine with the 4-speed manual transmission and 4:11 rear end. I drove it 140 mph on many occasions. It long gone now, but at 51 years old, I still have pictures and memories that will never leave me.
