that control arm that you are displaying may be a problem if the bushings on either end are warn. however I think that you should be checking your joints. as someone else all ready staighted. If any are loose ... even a little they should be replaced. have a reliable shop look at the alignment so as you know what is needed!
your control arms hold the axle front to back. the tie rods hold the wheels in alignment called toe! ball joints hold the spindle that the wheel is fastened to in alingment with the road. the track bar holds the axle centered under the truck. all of these parts work together to keep the vehical straight down the road. be sure they are good!!!!
