Thanks I was more of a gearhead but three kids and lots of bills kept me down to just fixing instead of fixing up for quite a few years . My problem now is I bought a nice car over a year ago and cant find anything out about it. As you can see by my pictures I have done some looking but dont want to tear it down .Dont fix it if it aint broke. It makes none or very little lifter noise my guess would be hydrolic. It has enough comp if i dont use racefuel or octane boost it rattels. It has a pretty good lope to the cam when idelind at 1000 rpm.I have done a lot of work to the car and it is fast for a old B body.It still bothers me not knowing more about the moter. I looked up block and head #s and could lell the valves are S Steel .You sure build some good looking motors in your pictures. Thanks for the help..

I like the aspen My 1st car was an aspen a 76 rt with a 4 barral 318 I rebuilt the motor in high school with my dad and had the car threw collage and then with my wife and first kid. the motor is now in the little green 52 in the pictures the body was shot by 2002 when I built the truck so it still lives on in the little 52 pick up with the hart of my old aspen..

The Aspen is my save from the junk yard. They had the rear end and gas tank cut out already and was getting ready to crush it. After getting it towed to the shop I got checking things out and found out it was a Super Coupe, 1 of 531. I got a 8 3/4 rear end with a set of 3.9's gears for the rear. Also got a set of Cal-Tracks leaf springs and traction bars for her. Not sure what I am doing for the motor yet but I am thinking about a stroker motor with about 625 hp.

Yeah, the Promax guys have some SICK stuff to fool around with, for sure.

Neverthougt I'd be impressed with a '74 Dart....but the way it sits is just right

Hey SJ....I'll have to check the weather forecast and the work schedule, may drag the Camaro out one last time....get some pics to post up here and at some other haunts.
