first of all .030 over is not a "power upgrade" un-noticeable to say the least. but the compression ratio will be an important factor too. if you have not purchased pistons yet get some with +20cc domes. with 76cc heads that will put you around 11...

full roller rockers
and i have a set of 1.94/1.50 76cc heads from a 1978 350 that i want to rebuild
i was wondering what kinda power...
I hope that helps you, kinda hard to explain. Since your painting the whole car the inverted way makes a nicer job (painting the stripe color first). your stripes will look like your masking when you ge it masked off. Your basicly covering what you dont want painted. I'm sure you'll do just fine. Post some pics when you finish, like to see it.
that is a sweet ride guy. I always wanted to build one but I never have. I had a 81 cutless that I only made it as far as putting 80 spoke luxers on but I didn't have the guidance to help me with putting switches on it, so I just stuck to air shocks. Sweet though. Nice work.
