That sounds like the balancer, if it stops when idling and in neutral going down the road, and vibrates when in park and reved. U-joints and tail shafts/housings only affect when moving. check the harmonic balancer on the engine and be sure it is ...

i get about 18mpg but im always on the gas because i love the power, i have almost 400 hp i love it, we got the motor from a place in texas, he pulled it out of a wrecked 07 GMC truck, its the best motor for my truck, and there is all kinds of power add ons for that motor
