Engine Swap

I have a 92 S10 BLazer 4dr 4x4. It has almost 225000 miles on the vortec v6. I was wondering how many miles are these engines good till? I have put a new water pump, tune up, injector, EGR,intake manifold, intake gaskets, fuel tank , fuel lines, fuel filters, 8mm wires , and performance coil. It runs good still burns the 31s on it. Questions

I have a few so bear with me please. I have a 78 Ranger Lariat SWB 4x4 351m C-6 Dana 44 front 9in rear. How many of these trucks were made? Can anyone with a Lariat of this year send me some good pics of the interior door panels?
