welcome new friends...

i want to say welcome to all of my new friends. i've just recently joined this site. i belong to http://www.njfboa.org - that is my main forum. it's loosely based on our love for camaros and firebirds (f-bodies), hence the name New Jersey F-Body Owner's Association.

i dig all old muscle cars, not just chevies. of course, i have a special affinity for chevies, especially camaros, which are my two current projects: 1987 camaro and 1969 camaro.

the 1987 camaro will end up being my daughter's car.… Continue

It actually was but I forget if I mentioned but I used a '70 firebird suspension which gave it great stability when doing the 90 degre corners well over 100mph with one finger upon the steering wheel! I had the car done w/in less than 6 months. Never raced it on the TRACK but I did win (which illegal and do not do anymore, nor do I suggest that anyone do - as they say"do not try this at home!") quite abit of money on an abandoned strip! Those days are long gone as I've pased that phase of life but do not get me wrong I'm still looking for another to build and race (legally now)! Have a good one!

i had this cool idea of doing a 76 camaro in tribute of the one from the Transformers movie but maybe with a 383 stroker that way it looks like a sleeper.

well for starters i need to find out what i have to do for exhaust i ordered a flowtech header set long tube, and some flowtech mufflers but im having trouble finding the pipe kit since my car was originally a 2.8 and now it has the 350 and im planning to chang all of my gauges to blue ice digital because my factory speedometer dont work and that can cause a problem.... I got one speeding ticket for ding 162mph in a 65mph zone yeah that sucked!!! and that car was a four banger. I guess for the most part im looking for something a bit inexpensive as far as exhaust and the know how for the gauge installs.
