it's kinda hard to fix it through here because i need to know what all you have done and how you did it, to have a good idea what's going on with it.
one common prob. after putting in a new clutch in a Z car is you might need to adj. the length alot shorter on the clutch master cyl. shaft the hooks to the clutch pedal. sometimes the lock nut comes loose and lets it adj. itself way out to where it's like riding with the pedal pushed half way down. i've seen a couple like that where guys came up wanting me to put in a new clutch, but it was just the adjustment. lol
