It must have been the camera that I was using to take the pictures. I used a better camera to take the recent shots.

Just got my car out of storage this past weekend (Easter). Its been in the garage for at least 6 mos. Got in and turned the key, it was a little slow to crank but the battery had enough to get her started with less than 10 secs. of cranking. After which it settled to a nice 2100 RPM high idle. All I did was check the fluids and turn the key, and all it really is a run through the car wash and start driving it.

2009 Summer Cordoba Project

I am about to start a project on my Cordobas, this came up rather abruptly. As I noticed that my daily driver, which is a 77 Cordoba with 118k on the odometer, is having some serious issues, namely 1 of the torsion bars is starting to sag, the floor boards are rusted through, the sub-frame bushings are shot, the dash pad has 3 huge cracks in it, and the fuel system needs to be freshened up (New fuel lines, a fuel pump, and new vacuum lines). I just put a new tank in the car last summer. The tank… Continue

The Motor is a crate 360 from mopar performance. 380 hp out of the box. tci 2000 stall, tci streetfighter tranny. Headers, and the wheels, are a budget idea, those cheap black wheels ( $40 each ) with beauty rings from a ramcharger.

I have the option listings from the fender tag but I can't seem to find definitions. You seem to know a lot more Mopar than me. If I send you a picture of the plate can you point me in the right direction for decoding? I've always been hardcore Chevy. Overall love of Amreican muscle.

I was looking at the tags on the wheel well and noticed that one of the codes was punched out, I'm pretty sure it was J25 located on line three second from last. I forgot the notebook today. there was also a thin aluminum strip with the numerals 1, 2, 3, 4, the four has a comma shape punched out near it, Haven't seen anything about punchouts. Any ideas?

One of these times I will be able to look at those tags and find out what we are playing with. We know it is either 70 or 71. I haven't cleaned the interior enough to get presentable pics. It will be a little slow on the go for a while 'cause the restos are funded by the shop. Y'know... gotta get the chores done before you play. Thanks, T-Roy

Hey. Been away for a few days. Had to make a flying trip to Oregon to see my Dad.

Sounds like you"ve put a lot of work into it. I look forward to seeing whatever new picks you post.
