Impala - I'm still a rookie at rebuilding the TH-350, but I was dealing with some shifting problems myself and might have some tips for you.
Most of the shifting issues are done inside the valve body. If you drop the transmission pan, remove the ...
Ahhh.... I noticed the different graphics, but didn't think too much of it. I guess if Dana White decided that he preferred the 440 logo that's cool. Personally I think the car would have been more unique if the "UFC" logo had remained. But it's n...
I just looped my B&M shifter cable from driver's side to passenger side thru the crossmember and up to the shifter. The cable is too long, but if you tuck it up out of the way it's fine. Make sure that you keep it away from the exhaust.
Ritchey - I was just watching Pinks-All-Out and saw a '95 Camaro with a 396 in it. Not sure how much of a pain it is... but yes, a big block is possible. As Gene-O mentioned, sub-frame connectors would be a VERY good idea!
Kevin - you are absolutely correct. I guess I should have been more clear.
For example on my Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold, there is a removable plug for a vacuum fitting. The plug is located on the individual runner for the passen...
Travis - I'm not sure what type of intake manifold you're using, but often the vacuum port on the intake manifold is a low vacuum signal. The port on the front of the carb would be a better choice.
nice ride you have my dream car i drew this in high school and had it tatted about 4 years ago i was a little upset when i started seeing that someone took my drawing and started printing it oh well life goes on

If well prepared and good 2 part epoxy used-probably several years. Any high quality 2 part epoxy will work, but the putty type is easier to apply in a vertical or overhead application. I don't know about now, but in the 70-80's epoxy replaced rivets in fastening jet passenger plane parts together. woody
I've used the two part epoxies pastes that come in rectangular bars with great success. They even work with water, though I would not try with antifreeze. Contact area MUST be roughed up and clean. No Billie Mays putty. good luck
Thanks Todd for accepting the invite. I do a good bit of airbrushing on the side. If you get a chance check out some of my work on my page. I am still in the learning process, but if you have any questions on air brushing or striping I'll try to share what I know.
Ya man, if you read my blog, you could tell that I have big plans haha. Its a lot of work, and to some it seems like it isn't worth it. But to really make something worth your while, take something that can barely be saved and turn it into something great right? I mean to be honest, i had no clue it was this bad when i bought the car at first, but I think of it as a great learning experience (even at my young age, anything can be done if you try) that will ultimately make the car better. GM didn't to so hot in some places, so I took it upon my self to make it even better. So I guess that is my ultimate goal, and you are right, it will never be "done".
