I decided to put a 350 in mine, and I did some research that might be helpfull. It turns out you have to get an engine from the same era as your camaro, because you have to worry the knock censor, and computer.

I'm trying to do something similar with my 89 IROC, but wouldn't a roller cam be better, or would that ruin the old school thing?
