if you just type in 56 chevy on google you will find plenty of places. then you can also shop around to get the best deal.
is the rear end a 10 bolt or 12 bolt? you might want to make sure you use a 12 bolt rear end. there is going to be alot of power.

speedway motors will have the disc brake conversion you will need.
i am just looking to down size a few vehicles. i ran out of room and the wife wants a fast back not a noche back.
as soon as you find some send them and maybe i can help. i am not an expert but i have delt with alot of trucks and chevy/ gm are the ones i do.

- my willys is a 1951 m38. if you have a 1952 are you sure that it is a m38 and not a m38a1.

- The jeep is a 1951 M38. the truck is a 1965 GMC. I finished the truck and was driving down the road when I saw a 1955 chevy truck so I pulled in and traded for the 55. Boy am I sometimes sorry I did. I am restoring the 55 now.

- working on the willys slowly due to other projects. i have a 55 chevy p-up i just work on a little at a time. but you have done alot more than i am to mine.
