250ci to 305ci

hey i have a 1970 chevy 4x4 with a 250 inline 6 and it's tired it has over 350,000 on her but is still strong. I was given a 305 from an 87' with less than 100,000 on her how hard will it be to do a swap, i am predicting a weekend, is this a good guess?
