I have an 87 mustang advice and help on what to do.

Hey guys, I acquired a 87 mustang GT and I'm new to the muscle car world. I'm planning to first change the rotors from 4 to 5 and disc brakes in the rear not drum. Any suggestions or advice thx for the help.
