well, this past weekend we added a new truck to the stable, a 1979 Bronco. I got a good deal on it and it will make a good race truck, to nasty to make a decent street truck out of unless you wanted to spend a lot of time and money on it. I mean, it could be made street worthy, but that is not the plan.

Welcome to the Poison Oil Racing Blog.

This is my first entry and I thought I would just do an overview of the past season.
2008 was our first year of competitive bogging. My son has wanted to do it for several years but we just never did. At the end of 2007 my son raced for the first time at Hank's 4x4 Jamboree in Mendota, IL and my wife was hooked.
