Awesome, thanks for the help. The glass bead worked great for the cleanup, Now I need to wash everything and get this 3.8L Ford back together.
bead or walnut shell is what i use you only want to remove the junk not the parts Material so only spray to clean not resize or put pits in it
I noticed on an earlier episode of Horsepower they cleaned up the pistons on a rebuild by using a sand blaster. I was curious if anyone knows the material used in that cleaning. I keep hearing diferent stories about glass bead etc. I would like to...

2005 xB make over
The xB is undergoing a major transformation and will hopefuly be done befor winter is here. Changing the color tpo green.
I will post the pictures of the prgress soon. Already did the body modifications, just need to finish the prep and then paint.
