Does anyone know if i should swap out my straight 6 for a 351 big block or a 400 big block?

it is possible we are lookin for a house to rent so we have been crusin around alot in dewitt and bath. their is a good mud spot out on peacock and bath road we have made some ruts.... i know is a few flooded dirt road spots but thats about it if you ever get stuck some where or want to go play give me a call i will send you my ph : later
