It was about 3 summers ago, right after I painted the flames on the car. Though it was not perfect, I was proud of it. And I hit many, many car shows that summer. Wife said something about how she was tired of me going to all the shows and to pick between her and my car. Well, she has never said that again. lol. Everytime I look at the truck, I want to git er done. but when I look at the check book, different story. Check back with me in a few weeks, might be different again. LOL
A couple of weeks ago, I was looking at a used truck. Wife got really upset and said "if you want a truck, finish the one in the garage" to which I added "sure, give me $20,000 and I will, no problem" She has not said that since. LOL
Thanks. Nothing going on here. I am actually not working on the truck at this time. I am about 90% sure of abandoning the project. I can't work on the truck and the car at the same time. Everytime I get a little money set aside for the truck, something happens to the car and I have to use the truck money for it. I am currently looking at parting out the truck. But there is still that 10% that says I want to keep it going. Especially when I get a comment like yours!
i know the feeling if it aint mopar i don't want it. even my jeep wasn't mopar enough until i made all the adapters to put a 318 into it. the "chevy" in the 1 picture with the 44" gumbos was my brothers not mine.
