Hi Mike thanks for the comment. Yes the headliner is suede. It can be difficult to work with because it doesn't stretch very much. You really need a steamer if your going to a headliner that isn't pretty flat. The steam helps it to stretch without getting wrinkles. Hope this helps... Todd

yeah that sounds better. the place where i live there is a speed shop that does it for like 300 but they also put it on the dyno. to get the max out of it
