The Matr project
This wh*** project started out with a 1953 International harvester R 110 - 1/2 ton pick up. It was in good condition except for the rear window frames were rusted out and need some serious work. The motor was a 220 c.i. and all of 105 hp. Our grandsons instantly called the truck Mater, after the movie cars with Tow Mater. I wanted to make or find letters to make the name Mater. I was sitting at a stop lite and the car in front of me was a Toyota Matrix. I saw the perfict name plate right…See More
