I would say a holley pt # 0-80670 which is a vacuum secondary 670 cfm with electric choke. I would not use a mechanical secondary with your set-up unless the vehicle weighs 3100 lbs or less. Alot of people go over board on carbs because they always think bigger is better. The 750cfm would not be good for the cubic inches your running. I have a 600 double pumper without the choke horn or choke on a 377 sbc the motor is 12.5 to 1 and it makes 630h.p. and 567lb ft. at the flywheel. Just a little example of what a nicely tuned small 4-barrel can do. Hope this helps
