I let 72 MGB car sit too long and I'm now having to replace the gas tank too much rust to repair it. I found new replacement on Ebay and was not too badly priced. I will be installing this weekend 10/17/09.

You will like the intake. I have the same one on my 75 Corvette. I'm using a Holley 650 duel line double pump (not stock cam, etc)spread bore and I had to use about a 1 inch spacer so the linkage and vaccuum port would clear.

I never used an Edelbrock Carb so you might be ok. I hear they are a lot like the old Carters.

I've never had a problem with Jeg's. I'm in driving distance of them.
