Started work on the 84 Toyota Again - It's been a while!

OK after what has been a 2 year absence  I am back working on my 84 Truck project.   I've had another child since then and also built a new deck , driveway and completly finished the basement level of the house with two bedrooms, a bath and what can only be discribed as a Woman's perfect living room!  Time for me to focus on my own projects for the warmer summer months and get my project truck done done done!  If not I may have to apply to be on Search and Restore to get my truck…

Building up an 1984 Toyota SR5 Pickup - Yes it will be V8 powered and built to take on the Canadian Winter!

Ok...Time to get everyone up to speed. I am two thirds of the way through what has turned into a complete rebuild of my old trusty 84 Toyota pickup.

For those in the south....this truck is a 25 year veteran of the Canadian winter....Its really "holly" but was in one piece when I started 2 years ago. I've owned it for 7 years and did replace most of the body pannels and fixed the typical frame issues when I first bought it. Since then It's taken a beating...Moslty hauling building… Continue
