hey no problem like u said i am a youngster and i dont have the capabilities to do all that yet but i do enjoy reading about a CAR'S history and you sound like a really cool guy and i dont blame you for making it street legal. personally what ever i own better be streetable because i love to go driving around in all my stuff. Personally i like ur decision of making it street legal and please keep me posted on all of your progress! :)

why u making ur pinto street legal u done dragging it or just want to be able to drive it around more often?

Thats cool wish you luck with all that and keep me posted on it. My Jimmy was we will say messed with before i got it from my uncle and i'm still trying to figure out all the stuff that happen before i went to changeing it the engine i know whats to it inside out except the cam because i didnt change it (yet) and don't know what my uncle did if he did anything at all to that. He started the project and then i bought it from him when he got bored to finish it. As of this moment I have to replace all weather stripping nearly, needs new better radiator, get the gauges hooked up, and figure out why the clock wont go off plus more so i got a lot of work to go on it.

nice! my jimmy has a 350 30 over, tires that were for an everyday driver but are dry rotted as all get out now, no tubs, original hood, original paint, original paint. and its the same way if it wasnt for the duel exhaust u would think it was an old worn out 88 jimmy has the original rear end but i want to replace that somewhere down the line.
