yes the death wobble progressivly gets worse, there is an easy way to check it. first make sure your wheels are straight forward , start the truck, then have someone turn the wheel quarter turn both directions not all the way and check underneith ...

I would check the wheel bearings and the upper and lower ball joints it is better to safer then sorry.
