ok, i got the new motor in... 70,000kms on it.. runs like champ, about $1900.00 all said and done.. and i had te replace a sensor on the tranny... so it would shift better..but she's in action again.. .... but i kno in a while we'll be rollin in style, right on outa this rut.......LOL

k well it seems, that my trusty chevy .....didnt like the first motor she came with so...nasty bitch!! 170000 kms...and its popin lifters and droped oil pressure like 15percent...eventho ive been told that the oil pressures fine.. which i dont believe (i now my truck asshole, but thanks tips!) ive decided to put a new one in... I WANT A 6.0L!!!!! if anyone reads this an nows y they tell me it wont work ... ( is it the motor mounts) ??? thats simple... let me kno..PLEASE!!! soon

ok... we live n learn right?!...i really have no problems with this lift .. but its just not suffient for what i want.. oh well im glad i wasted 1800.00 bucks on it.. it was a good learning curve.. trust ur first instinct.. i found a shop on the internet.. offroad road direct.... SOLID AXLE CONVERSION!!! oh yes!! prob about the same amount of dough so .. y not..havent bought tires yet sooo.. thats the new direction now..so , il get some pictures of that on here as soon as its in progress.. got f… Continue

ok..the lifts in..sorry no pictures..but there was alot of work...it cant go back te stock now!! only bigger..had to modify the front diff and cut some brackets off the frame but it rides REALLY good! the only issue i had. was that, the way chev designed the abs control and the E brake sensor, they run te the front wheels.. now , it wasn't a problem of length of the cable as much as the position of it in the backing plate.. i tore the abs sensor off on the driver side wheel.. oh well , no abs no… Continue
