I running a 5" lift right now and 39.5 15 r15 and flex good. I just trimed a little at a time tell i found it working out for me.

What's up, and Happy New Year! I just joined the powerblock site along with a few groups. I came across your comment/qustion. You're correct in your line of thinking. Check the thermostat first, from there move on to the heater core, and then the electrics. Fuses, wires and such. I had the same issue in my '95, and the thermostat fixed the issue. Also be sure to flush your fluids. Antifreeze, oil, and the rest. Try some Z-max. It works great. Good Luck.
