Im having problems finding information on a 350 with casting number 10243880 on the back of the engine and there is also the numbers of 2m1130, Im trying to see if it will fit in my truck which has an lo5 engine in it.If anyone has any info on swapping out and casting numbers and horsepower would greatly be appericiatted,I can get the engine for $500.00 and it has close to 40,000 miles on it, the motor is a crate engine and says made in mexico....any info. would be great.....thankyou…See More

Hello everyone,I have a 95 Hummer H-1 with a gas 350 TBI vortec L05 engine. I now have to replace the engine due to water in the oil and due to the economy also Im trying to do a swap with another 350 TBI without doind any modifications. So im looking for an engine doner that will match mine that has a 4l80e transmission. Daryl Lee Scott said… - i learned of the fuel line problem with a 94 s10 with a 4.3L vortec cpi motor in those the injection system goes bad way too often and ends up cooking motors(had to buy another and it turned out to be junk lol). if you buy a complete motor make sure you can hear it run before buying and it would be a good idea to remove the top half of the intake to inspect the fuel injection system
