- hey Jeff , the truck runs a 368 chev BB 400 tranny combo , very strong motor.
when I purchased the truck it was being used as a drag truck,even came with drag slicks , I made it road worthy but used all the running gear as is with the exception of a 3" front to rear flowmster exhaust to replace the flowmaster header mufflers that dumped the exhaust out right under the doors , way to load for daily driver
turns a decent 11+ second 1/4 mile
I have had the truck now for 9 years and really enjoy it

Sweet66 said… - Good setup. I have a pumped up 350, 700r4 tranny, and 4.11s in the rear. It has good git up. I'm looking to race it this upcoming season. I have my fingers crossed for 12s. Were thinking of adding a 100hp shot of nitrous to overcome the steep drop in between 2-3.
