Thanks Radames. I keep the oil changed in my truck, just because it is a high milage vehicle. Thanks for the info though.
umm well it could be the computer problems or mayeb u need to do a simple oil change cuz my car was doing that an i thought i would have to get ride of eit but i jus changd the oil an the car runs fine but if it not that then porbaly its the computer

2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.0 liter 4 wheel drive
I need help with my truck. I have an issue with my truck when I start it up and let it idle for about 2-3 minutes it starts stumbling and shaking really bad. My check engine light comes on and when I shut it off and check the light it says that I had a multiple cylinder misfire. What would cause that? I have been online trying to fix this problem for a while now and I havent had any luck. Please help.
