Hey Jim hows lt going ? I 've been checking out your pics, i'ts hard to see how the scoop coming out it dont look bad in pics. Hey Jim whats up , hows things ? I just loaded up some more pics , Due to car accident my back has not been to good. Alot of medical bull---t I have to deal with while trying to do a frame on of my baby, I had put all new rubber on trunk lid ( bumpers0 new trunk hindge bolts, door bumpers. , weatherstrip seals ( door & trunk ) this weekend I plan on having fender jams ready for paint. talk to you soon buddy Mike
that is sweet. i just got the pictures up loaded onto my computer and im uploading them i onto the site so it might take a few hrs for the site to post them but feel free to ask any questions about the pics. were you see welding pic my dad and i we cut the brackets and had to make adjustments shorten them up a bit to fit. and a few other little tweeks here and there and they work great. im thinking of getting the power motors so that all you do is push a button and the door opens on its own. the kits are about 500 bucks total. also there is a guy selling the door kits for the honda civic on ebay and they average around 600 for the kits. for the one i have.
i had to work late today so i wasent able to get the pictures for you today but i dont have to work till noon on friday so i will get the pictures for you in the morning and post them for you and your son to see. ps i like the picture of the truck with the fuel cell and the skull battery hold down box. i was wondering are the leg pipes fully functional?
youll have lots of fun with it like i do with mine. its a real eye catcher. just remeber the cops love these cars to and love to pull them over. thats the problem were i live they use to pull me over every chance they had now they leave me alone unless imgoing down the hwy sideways like they pulled me over for a few times already. but have fun i know i do! as for the doors its kind of a tricky thing i got them from a guy in bc canada here and it was a kit for a 1991 honda civic 90 degree bolt on kit and it took my dad and i about 12 hrs to do both sides there is alot of welding and cutting and drilling and taping new holes. i can post some new pictures roughly how to do it. i didnt think about taking pictures as we where doing it but i have some that are up close so you can see hows its put together.
nice thats going to do some damage to the streets. do you plan on racing it at the drag strip at all? i would love to see pictures if you do race it. im going to the races with my 91 rs camaro next month and im going to post my videos and time slips after the races.

Hey Jim whats up ? The color white is from 2002 ford truck, its about as white as you can get. it will be white with the factory blue stripe. The back of the car had black tailight bezels. dont think it will look good with blue stripe so i elected to do them the color the shaker has to be lucern blue, P.S. dont know if i told you but i was rearended in my sunfire on the way to work 2 weeks ago, so things are a little slow right now with T/A talk soon buddy Mike

Hey jim, Yeah let me know abouts parts NO RUSH one thing i do need is a fuel tank possibly sender, cant go to far on a 5 gal fuel cell. As far as the body work, I'm doing everything my self aswell as mechanical. My father had 2 bodyshops I started at the age of 9 learning wet sanding and masking. As I got older I learned more steps, we did alot of frame on restorations as well as customs. If there is any advice i could give let me know . talk soon Mike ( thanks for the compliment )
