As for the temp. of my engine. I run a small block Chevy with a 180 degree thermostat and when at temp. I would not grab a hold of anything except a quick grab of possibly a radiator hose to check flow.

I understand, you are exactly right, but if the engine feels hot to the touch, which also makes my intake tube hot, i should be concern. But i still think of either changing the radiator fan, or getting air vents in the hood. Do you have any ideas...

01) What kind of car
02) What Engine and Trans. Configuration
03) What kind of overheating conditions are you having (Under Load, At Idle, All Times, etc...)

I need to fine out how to keep my engine cool, the raidator is fine, i got to intake, 1 regular and the 2nd electric. I am think of adding an intercooler or vents in the hood, is there any other options i can pursue 1st.
