Try a 88-93 GMC short box step side. You will probably have to do some mods on the mounts, but I have seen one done on a two wheel drive. Looked cool!

A body lift sounds easy enough, but you will probably only get spacers in your kit. Keep in mind that your bumpers will stay in the same spot. You will need to modify your brackets to lift them up so it doesn't look gay. Your motor will also stay,...

You might want to contact Aldon's in Lamont, Alberta 780-423-2236. Ask for Herman. I found many parts for my 49 Merc half ton and 58 Buick Estate Wagon there. They have something like a 1/4 section of land full of old cars all sorted by make. Chee...

The local Ford dealer gave me a good deal on a crate 351w Ford Racing motor. Transmission and transfer case were both rebuilt by National Transmission. A serpintine conversion kit was inst… Continue

Nice work... I'm a real fan of the '67-'72 body style. I have a few projects of my own. I have a '71 F-100 sitting on a '79 f-350 4x4 chasis (it's a dually). I also have a '72 F-100 shortbed sitting on a '77 F-150 4x4 chasis ( i switched the 9 inch out for dana 60 rear and 8 lug dana 44 frontend hubs and brakes. I still have a lot of work left on the shortbed ride.
