Now I'm willing to bet that on a cold rainy day in not so ideal conditions, most people especially the ladies won't want to crawl under a vehicle for a spare key.. Especially when all they had to do is remove a license plate screw which should be a sloted screw so it can be turned with a dine or penny and place the spare behind the licenseplate making it a lot less hassle to get the spare over crawlin under a vehicle.
