Having grown up in Ohio, I agree with Sam. Change over to fuel injection. It is more reliable, and you won't starve for fuel on hills. Douglas

I have an 08 F 150 with the 4.6 l engine and I can't find upgrade parts for it either, only the 5.7 and the 4.6 for the Mustang. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about turbos on Ford trucks, but Superchargers work great. That is what the Lighning came with as well as the Roush, F150, Mustang, and Focus. I've never heard of any turboing a Ranger, but I don't see why it couldn't be done. Street ...
