Just letting you guys know if you are looking for a cheap but cool wheel, check out the factory take-offs from a Chrysler 300. They are the same bolt pattern and offset as your factory TJ wheels but are 17" in diameter and look WAY better!

The BFG's that you are looking at are an OK tire, however, they probably won't be any better than what you currently have as far as flat resistance/toughness is concerned. I have had the LT Nitto Terra Graplers and they held up great in the rocks ...
You could always have a performance shop fab up a coilover set up for it. That would be pretty sweet and would wheel better than any kit.
Sounds like maybe you have a wire shorting somewhere along the clutch linkage. Does it make any noises or feel like it's grinding or something when you push the clutch in and out?
The newer Dodge 1500 pickups have axles with that bolt pattern, I believe. Don't remember exactly what axle it is tho. It may be a Dana 44.
