By the way, AWESOME Road Runner. 71 has always been my favorite year for the Satellite body. The whole car is too cool for words...

Believe it or not, that lower grille is a billit grille from a GMC truck that we cut down to fit.

Excellent paint job on her vehicle. Nice color, too. I am either going to put dual scoops on the hood or a cowl scoop before painting the hood. I found a car in a magazine that I like the way he did his flames, I might try something like that. I wanted to finish the body and paint the car last summer, but other bills got in the way. I am going to try hard to do it the end of this coming spring and hit the car shows again. Been laying low the past couple of years.

Oh, Yes, I LOVE my C-Body. Very comfortable to ride in, and with the size it is, noone ever pulles out infront of me. LOL

Thanks for the comments but that was the paint job a couple of years ago. It is all primer black now. The color of the wing is the color the entire body will be, with flat black hood and some type of flames, just not sure what kind. There will be some kind of silver metalflake trim somewhere. I have changed my mind so many times that wife does not even listen to me anymore. LOL

My car is the first I have done any kind of major work on. I would be happy with my finished project if it came out looking 1/4 as good as yours.
