corey how is your truck in the winter with those mods? im one of those crazy guys who has to get up when its -30 and blowin snow so i can get in to work to plow

yes the cats are still on the truck, unfortunatly here in canada you need those. the truck also has dual 3" stainless exhaust from the cat back and foward from the cat it is dual 2.5" do you think the cats may be plugged? and as for how lean it ru...

- I just looked on Rockauto.com & their EGR valves for a 96 GMC 1500Sierra PU ranged from $89. to $155. American. I will look at EGR fittings.

- David, I'm not sure but, after removing the exh. manifold from the engine, can you apply heat to the base of the EGR heating the threads. That should remove the rust & allow you to remove it. The other thing, how expensive is it to buy a new replacement ?
