Just got home from another car show here in Kelowna, BC. We have a car show here every wednesday at the drive in and today we had the most ever cars show up. We had had 136 cars show up and it was a great show.The deversity that was there from old school to new school hot rods and oldies. I got to say its pretty cool to see all the car crazy Guy's and Gal's in the Kelowna, BC area. I hope that at the next show we can match or beat the numbers. 1991 Camaro RS
This car took me 3 years to build. It started its life with a v6. And now it has a 1967 corvette 327 sb thats been ported polished blueprinted and balanced. It has around 625 HP at the rear wheels and around 800 ft lbs of torque. it has a 200 HP shot of NOS and does 0-60 MPH in 3 seconds. I have 4.10 posi gears in the rear and a turbo 350 racing trans and a 2800 stall converter. It has a custom exhaust as well. it has a true dual pipes. It also has headers and straight pipes on it. Darryl Elke said… - Its from a 1990 Honda civic kit. Its the only kit I could get to work. It still needed alot of custom work. starting from cutting the kit and the doors. and then welding in some new brackets to mount the kits to. but in total it took me and my dad about 12 hrs to do both sides. but the doors are 12 way adjustable now and never have to worry about door sag now. and its one of a kind. from what i've seen todate.

Gear Head said… - The battery hold down box is in my 78 Firebird drag car and the exaust pipes on it are fully functional and the side pipes on by son's red camaro are functional as well. No rush on the pictures of the hinges just when you get the time. I'm putting a video of my drag car running on soon and a video on my son's camaro running as well I hope to get them on this weekend. - Hay nice hearing form you again, ya that would be great to see the door hinges up close so I can see how you did it. I told my son to keep his camaro under the speed limit so he won't get pulled over and no to bich about the gas it uses. The engine is a small block 350 bored over 30 and has two 650cfm Edelbrock carbs on top. Take care Jim

- Hay Nice to hear from you My son is going to race it but he want to get the engine broke in first. Engine is running I half to get the stearing colum and rear tail lights wired up for the street this weekend. Then take it out on a cruse and see what it can do. Take Care Jim

- The enging is sitting in my son's 87 Camaro we just got it started this past sunday Engine runs SWEET! It's was dino at 435hp and has a 700R4 trany behind it. Jim
