if you have a two pice axle it can strip out the center of hub could be your problem

hi ritchey every thing in a cj-5 is gear driven , only thing to slip is a cluch , when it slips does it make any nose ? banging klunking broken tooth in rear end , if it is a posi and you had broken axle it might move untill the cluches would not hold. maybe . jack the tire off the ground see what you feel , one wheel at a time. this is a new one on me,let me know what you find is wrong with it. good luck tom

The intakes are different from the mustang to the truck set up. But if you have the will there is always a way to get er done. I do believe the exhaust manifold/header will work and the turbo locations will be ok but you will have to fab everything from there. Good luck if I can possibly help look me up.

You asked about the price of my lift... Well i have about $3500 in the leaf springs, $3500 in the new front dana 60HP axle, $3000 in the front steering system, $800 in 4" wheel spacers all the way around, $75 for the clocking ring for the transforcase, $3000 in tires, $1500 in rims, and $400 in steel under the truck and $300 in joint ends.......... around 15,575 from the frame down and im still adding on need new drive lines and brake lines.......
