"I could clearance the block and drop in a 4 inch stroke, that would yield 427 small block but I like the 409 a little better. & I was shooting for 10.5 to 12 on compression. Also if I can save the money to build, it would run E-85 or 91…"

"Jack your Camaro sounds awesome, and you have also confirmed my 409 plans if I can save the money up. Right now I'm starting some work on it. Rot be gone, suspension, interior, wheels and tires, and re wire the h*** car. In two years by myself."

This was my 1974 250 straight six Nova until I put up for sale one weekend.
I got it the second day of 10th grade, traded it the fouth week of 12 grade for a
1976 camaro with a 305.

The Nova was prety much bone stock, except for the head liner the owner befor
put in, the crome rims I put on, air shocks and crome chain steering wheel. It even
had some of the original hoses under the hood, But it run like a raped ape if you
stomped the gas pedal.
