I am sorry but being a auto glass installer for 15 years and owning my own buisness for the last 6 years I have never seen such a poor windshield installation job. Rick hasen't any one in your many years of auto work shown you how to put the urethane on the glass like the factory does it provides for a much nicer and cleaner look without having to do all back filling with that plastic spoon.
