hey for yoru motor i would do a vortec swap easy cheap power buddy. it put you around 350 plus. Part number SUM-151124 and a summit vortec style intake number SUM-226018 the heads are 600 and take up to a 520 max lift. just pick a came and your be at 350 pluse hp. This set up is very affordable and works great man. Hope this give's ya a idea, you can always look for some vortech head at a junk yard, but wond take this big of a cam and wont flow as good as summits =0).
