I would check both of those. The O2 sensors make sense because if those are bad it can't tell if you are running lean or rich. Your computer might think that while you are accelerating kinda hard you are running lean which you may not be and it will over compensate by dumping more fuel into the cylinders than is needed. Just a quick replace and it should fix it. Or it could be your throttle body like you said, just take off the intake hoses and disconnect the TB and clean it with some carb cleaner or a degreaser of some sort. If there is a pretty good amount of deposits in it just take a scuff pad or wire brush to it and get it out. That should fix it. Personally I would do the TB first because its easier, cheaper, and its on the top of the engine. By the way what do you think of a V6 buildup on HP. Check out my blogs and see the engines I had in mind.

My Camaro is a V6 and its like bogging down whenever i accelerate kinda fast. My grandfather thinks it might be the oxygen censors, or a dirty throttle body. You guys have any ideas? Its a 3.4L by the way.

I think that Horse Power should do a v6 build-up, especially with the rising gas prices. With a v6 you can get the best of both worlds, I am not gonna say that you can make as much power as a good v8, or get the gas mileage of a 4 banger, but they get relatively good gas mileage and power off the git-go. Of course there are exceptions to the 4 bangers where they rebuild a Honda and put a turbo on it the size of a jet turbine, but not everyone has the money for that. I think I have a pretty good list of engines on my page. Check out my blogs and let me know what you guys think.
