Yes Nick, my daughter does. She's a car "guy" but don't qualify as a "guy" guy...Know what I mean? Thats kinda how I learned how to find Dakota "stuff".

Next time you need to change that air filter instead of dealing with all that recharging crap with k&n try an AMSOIL Ea air filter has alot better engine protection same hp gains and NO OILING good for 100,000 miles or 4 years with just cleaning with a low pressure air hose every 25,000 miles or once a year! Thanks, i didn't mean to be so broad. I am running the flowmaster cat-back and k&n FIPK. I heard JBA is coming out with headers. It just seems that compared to other trucks the Dakota has a limited amount of aftermarket support. I see more dakotas than s-10s, tocomas, colorados etc..... around my place. i would love a six in suspension lift. the strut spacer is nice but very mild. and i'm not a fan of body lifts. mayb i'm just being to picky

You didn't say what kind of "stuff" you're looking for but you can get a Dakota/Durango specific catalog from LMC Truck that will have all sorts of Dakota "stuff". There are a number of outfits that offer cat back exhaust systems and cold air intakes for Dakotas. The easiest and most "bang for the buck" HP gains can be realized from either programmers that you plug into your OBD port that will allow selection from a number of softwares to run or so called "chips" that plug directly into your ECM. Programmers tend to be a little more spendy since they are more versitile whereas a "chip" is more of a one shot deal. Companies like Hypertech and Superchips should be able to fix you up in either case.

Why did every aftermarket company forget about late model dakotas. I'm having a hard time finding stuff and when i do there is no research on it. am i the only one trying to mod a dakota?
