I have a 1965 model 80 with the four cylinder. I will compare radiators.

I Live in Pryor OK and teach school in Wyandotte OK which is 9 miles west of Seneca Mo. I have a better tailgate that maybe you could use. I also have a pair of doors and a pair of fenders.

This tailgate has seen better days. Not sure if I can fix it, but I'll try to before I buy one.

Southwest corner of Missouri, short drive from Arkansas. v8 radiator might work.

Kelly Stevenson Comment by Kelly Stevenson on March 22, 2009 at 10:37pm
If a radiator shop can't fix it, an IH v8 radiator might work since the four is half a V8. Where do you live? I have an extra v8 radiator out of an 800 scout that I could let go of.

yeah its a 4 banger and I have the radiator but its missing a row of fins. Its is currently sitting where the passenger seat should be.
Kelly Stevenson Comment by Kelly Stevenson on March 22, 2009 at 10:11pm
It looks like a four or six banger because there is no "V" on the fender indicating a v8. Are you missing the radiator or does the one you have need rebuilt? A radiator shopp can refurbish you radiator for around $100. If your missing it you can scour junkyards for something thaa is a close fit and you can do some southern engineering. If you have the six banger, it is an AMC Jeep engine and a jeep radiator might work. Good luck!

This '70 800 A has been sitting almost 21 years that I know of. It belongs to my dad and grandfather and I finally talked them into letting me have it. Was parked because the cluth went out and since then the list has grown. I can get most of the parts from Napa but have no idea where I'm going to get a radiator. Once its running I'll get to the much needed body work.

Hello everybody, I've been a busy boy. I've been working! It's just temporary but it's money. I'm not used to working this hard anymore, my body is rebelling. I'm getting used to it now tho. I'm prosessing used car batteries for resale. Those things are HEAVY! I move about 200 a day and they weigh about 35 lbs each on average. I'm not young anymore so this job is whoopen' my behind.
I've got 2 leads on scouts I can buy, but no money for something like that. I'm even contemplating selling my old IH pickup to pay bills. Man this economy sucks.
